Keto Cheesecake Recipe | POPSUGAR Fitness

If you are missing cheese bread at diet keto, * you * have to make this recipe. And the most that 80,000 people liked TikTok I agree with myself on that.

I first came across this Instrupix “bread loaf” recipe, suitable for keto while scrolling through Pinterest. I wanted a plate of cheese this would be quick and easy to do, even though it allowed me to stay in ketosis, and this one fit the bill. It requires only four ingredients: two types of cheese, one egg and garlic powder. Even better? It meets in less than 20 minutes.

When I first made this garlick cheese “bread”, I recorded the process and shared it on TikTok. I had no idea the video would reach over a million views, but it didn’t surprise me either. This is one of those low carb recipes that actually tastes real. And while the recipe is not flour-based, the cheese mixture forms a texture that approaches bread like skin-to-skin dough, an alternative to dough. made with almond flour, cheese and eggs this is popular in the keto community.

Some things to know before trying to make the recipe yourself: the quality of the cheese is important, of course, that is, you should use freshly grated Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. However, the first time I cooked this, I created it with the cheapest ingredients I could find, so you don’t have to turn down the budget for this dish to be a success.

I also made the recipe with one egg and two. I prefer one egg, although some people at TikTok have shared that two eggs make the bread wetter. I suggest you try it first with an egg (this is what the original recipe calls for), then when you do redo – and I’m sure you will – you can try two eggs to see which ones you prefer. Keep reading the recipe!

Keto cheese

  1. 1 cup mozzarella cheese
    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 or
    1 teaspoon garlic powder

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a pan with parchment paper. It’s best to make a frying pan, but a silverware for baking can also work.
  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients together.
  3. Place the mixture on the parchment paper and flatten it with a fork or hands. If you do not have parchment paper, you can also use foil.
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes, then change the oven to a boil and brown the cheese a little.
  5. Cut them into slices and serve with the sauce you want to choose. (I like Rao’s pizza sauce).
